We partner with for-impact organisations working to transform industries and global systems.
We help to amplify their message and build their online capability to shift attitudes, change behaviours and build communities. This year we made new commitments to our long-term partners, and welcomed new partners on board, too.

2024 highlights
We continued to work solely with NGOs, foundations, and charities campaigning globally on social and environmental issues. This year, new partnerships allowed us to explore fresh areas of impact, such as the human rights agenda.
This year we launched our Positive Impact Partnership – a more formalised, ongoing partnership with our clients.
All Positive Impact Partnership websites are hosted on 100% carbon-neutral servers, provided by our UK hosting partner Nimbus.
Partners then have access to their own online Impact Hub, where they can manage their website, track open projects and raise support tickets.
An annual Impact and Strategy Review allows us to deep-dive into how their website is delivering on their impact objectives, and set a pathway for the year ahead.
We worked with B Corp law firm Square One to draw up new partnership contracts, which we rolled out in the summer of 2024.
Plans for 2025
We’ve been trialling the use of our Positive Impact Assessment to help us assess new projects and partnerships – ultimately to determine if we are committed to a shared purpose, and whether we are the right fit to deliver the project. We look to refine this further over the coming year to ensure it’s a valuable tool.
Our priority has always been to support organisations looking to make a positive material impact on the world. But we are aware that not all organisations are funded equally – especially the more local, grass-roots initiatives. We want to support a diverse range of organisation types – both big and small – especially those serving the underserved. But to do so, we may need to consider formalising a pricing structure that can benefit a wider range of organisations – through lower, subsidised, or pro bono pricing approaches.
After nearly 9 years, we’re pleased to report that we have a high client satisfaction rate, and 50% of our current partners have been with us for 4 or more years. And even though we hold evaluation meetings and stakeholder surveys at the end of projects, in 2025 we will look to formalise the capture of satisfaction monitoring and set numerical targets for client satisfaction.
